The curriculum

What you'll learn

The HILI Hot Mat method, end to end
How to teach safely in an infrared-heated room (90–104°F)
Sequencing, cueing, and pace for full-body sculpting flow
Modifications for every level
How to read the room and adjust mid-class

Prerequisites

· At least 6 months of pilates practice (any style)
· Comfortable working in a heated environment

What to bring

· Grip socks (available at the front desk if needed)
· Mat (we have spares)
· Towel
· Water bottle — bring at least 2 liters per day
· Notebook + pen
· Loose, sweat-friendly clothing
