What you'll learn

The HILI Xformer method, end to end
Reformer setup, safety, and spring-load logic
Sequencing for slow-twitch muscle recruitment
How to cue precision movement (the burn is the point)
Modifications for every level
Reading the machine — knowing when to adjust resistance mid-class

Prerequisites

· At least 6 months of pilates or reformer practice

What to bring

· Grip socks (available at the front desk if needed)
· Towel
· Water bottle
· Notebook + pen
· Form-fitting workout clothes (loose layers can catch on springs)
