Do I need experience to start?+
No. We recommend starting with HILI Foundations, our beginner class designed to teach the movement patterns before joining a regular class.
What should I bring?+
Water and grip socks. Grip socks are available to purchase in-studio if you don't have them.
When should I arrive for my first class?+
Please arrive 10 minutes before class so we can check you in, give you a quick studio tour, and answer any questions.
