Question 1

What is HILI?

Accepted Answer

HILI stands for High Intensity, Low Impact. The Strength: Reformer Pilates on our next-gen Xformer machines. The Sculpt: Hot Mat Pilates with weights in our infrared HILI HOT room. The Works: one membership, both rooms. Real results, and a community that keeps you coming back.

Question 2

Is it beginner friendly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every class meets you where you are. Instructors give modifications for all levels, and the Xformer is fully adjustable. You'll be challenged, but never lost.

Question 3

How hot is the Hot Mat room?

Accepted Answer

Between 90 and 104°F. Warm enough to boost flexibility and calorie burn, but not a sauna. Most people adjust within their first two or three classes.

Question 4

What’s the new client offer?

Accepted Answer

New clients can start with 2 weeks of unlimited Xformer and Hot Mat classes at their studio. Some studios also offer 2 intro classes. Pick your studio on the pricing page to see its offer.

Question 5

What should I bring?

Accepted Answer

Every class: water and grip socks. Forgot your socks? Grip socks are available to buy in-studio. HILI HOT: your own mat and a towel. No mat? Rent one in-studio.

Question 6

Can I bring a friend?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every unlimited HILI membership includes one free guest class a month at your home studio. Book your friend’s spot in the HILI FITNESS app.
