The Strength (Xformer) and The Sculpt (infrared Hot Mat) classes on Narcoossee Road. Minutes from Medical City, Laureate Park, and the communities along Lake Hart.
First class to last class. Arrive 10 minutes early.
Your first class
What you'll walk into.
Everything you need to know before your first HILI class, so you walk in ready.
1
Before class
Arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in, show you around, and get you set up on the Xformer or in the Hot Mat room.
Heads up. If you're not signed in by the start of class, your spot may go to the waitlist.
2
In class
Slow, controlled movement, core-shaking holds, and intentional burn. Your coach cues every transition so you can focus on form, alignment, and breath.
Don't rush the reps. The slower you move, the deeper the burn.
3
After class
You'll leave sweaty, energized, and stronger than you came in. Soreness is normal, especially in your core and glutes. Hydrate, stretch, come back.
Book your next one while you're still riding the high. Results come from consistency.
Things to bring
Pack light.
Grip socks
Towel
Water bottle
Sweat-friendly activewear
Grip socks are required on the Xformer. If you forget anything, socks are for sale and towels and water are at the front desk.
In Lake Nona
Train harder. Recover faster. Show up better.
Most fitness leaves you depleted. HILI is built on a different premise — that real intensity and real recovery aren't opposites. Every class here is designed around controlled, deliberate movement: full effort, no joint damage, no junk volume. You leave having actually worked, not just tired.
The Lake Nona studio is on Narcoossee Road, minutes from Medical City, Laureate Park, and the communities along Lake Hart. It's a part of town full of people who take their health seriously — and that's exactly who this training is built for. If you've outgrown what you've been doing, this is where you start something better.

The basics
Got questions? We got you.
Do I need experience to start?
No. We recommend starting with Form Foundation, the class built to teach the movement patterns before you join a regular Full Body Sculpt. Every class has modifications for all levels.
When should I arrive for my first class?
Ten minutes early. That gives us time to check you in, give you a quick tour, and answer any questions before you're on the machine or in the room.
How hot is the Hot Mat room?
Between 90 and 104°F, heated with infrared. Warm enough to boost flexibility and calorie burn, not a sauna. Most people adjust within their first two or three classes.
What should I bring?
Every class: water and grip socks. Forgot your socks? Grip socks are available to buy in-studio. HILI HOT: your own mat and a towel. No mat? Rent one in-studio.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Every unlimited HILI membership includes one free guest class a month at your home studio. Book your friend’s spot in the HILI FITNESS app.
