The Strength (Xformer) and The Sculpt (infrared Hot Mat) classes on Red Bug Lake Road. Easy from Winter Springs, Casselberry, Lake Howell, and the UCF area.
First class to last class. Arrive 10 minutes early.
Your first class
What you'll walk into.
Everything you need to know before your first HILI class, so you walk in ready.
1
Before class
Arrive 10 minutes early so we can check you in, show you around, and get you set up on the Xformer or in the Hot Mat room.
Heads up. If you're not signed in by the start of class, your spot may go to the waitlist.
2
In class
Slow, controlled movement, core-shaking holds, and intentional burn. Your coach cues every transition so you can focus on form, alignment, and breath.
Don't rush the reps. The slower you move, the deeper the burn.
3
After class
You'll leave sweaty, energized, and stronger than you came in. Soreness is normal, especially in your core and glutes. Hydrate, stretch, come back.
Book your next one while you're still riding the high. Results come from consistency.
Things to bring
Pack light.
Grip socks
Towel
Water bottle
Sweat-friendly activewear
Grip socks are required on the Xformer. If you forget anything, socks are for sale and towels and water are at the front desk.
In Seminole County
Train harder. Recover faster. Show up better.
Most studios pick a side: easy and forgiving, or brutal and short-lived. HILI threads the middle. Real intensity from controlled resistance and infrared heat — workouts that demand effort without grinding your joints. The kind of training you can actually keep doing for a decade.
Our Oviedo studio is on Red Bug Lake Road, the corridor that connects Oviedo to Winter Springs, Casselberry, and the UCF area. Easy to reach whether you're driving in from the lake communities, Lake Howell, or the eastern Seminole neighborhoods. It's the part of Seminole County that runs hard and recovers smart — the workout fits the crowd.

The basics
Got questions? We got you.
Do I need experience to start?
No. Every class has modifications for all levels. Tell your instructor it's your first class and they'll set you up.
When should I arrive for my first class?
Ten minutes early. That gives us time to check you in, give you a quick tour, and answer any questions before you're on the machine or in the room.
How hot is the Hot Mat room?
Between 90 and 104°F, heated with infrared. Warm enough to boost flexibility and calorie burn, not a sauna. Most people adjust within their first two or three classes.
What should I bring?
Every class: water and grip socks. Forgot your socks? Grip socks are available to buy in-studio. HILI HOT: your own mat and a towel. No mat? Rent one in-studio.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes. Every unlimited HILI membership includes one free guest class a month at your home studio. Book your friend’s spot in the HILI FITNESS app.
